At Ixirpro, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To begin a return, contact us at info@ixirpro.com . Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and rectify it promptly.

Exchanges

For the fastest service, return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
