IXIRPRO Reseller Policy

IXIRPRO is committed to maintaining a strong and consistent brand experience while protecting product quality, pricing integrity, intellectual property, and customer satisfaction. To support these objectives, the following Reseller Policy applies to the resale and distribution of IXIRPRO products.

1. Authorized Resellers

IXIRPRO may authorize qualified businesses to resell IXIRPRO products through approved sales channels.

Reseller authorization is granted at the sole discretion of IXIRPRO and may be subject to minimum purchase requirements, sales-channel restrictions, pricing requirements, geographic limitations, and other applicable commercial terms.

Purchasing products directly from IXIRPRO does not automatically grant authorization to resell those products through any particular sales channel.

2. Online Marketplace Restrictions

At this time, IXIRPRO does not authorize third-party resellers to sell IXIRPRO products on online marketplaces, including but not limited to:

  • Amazon

  • Walmart Marketplace

  • eBay

  • Etsy

  • TikTok Shop

  • Facebook Marketplace

  • Other third-party online marketplaces

IXIRPRO reserves the right to approve or restrict specific marketplaces or sales channels at its sole discretion.

Resellers may not create, maintain, or operate marketplace listings for IXIRPRO products without prior written authorization from IXIRPRO.

3. Approved Sales Channels

Subject to approval, IXIRPRO may work with resellers selling through channels such as:

  • Physical retail stores

  • Contractor and professional sales

  • Local business-to-business sales

  • Wholesale distribution

  • Direct sales to end customers

  • Approved company-owned websites

  • Other non-marketplace sales channels approved by IXIRPRO

If a reseller wishes to sell IXIRPRO products through a specific sales channel, the reseller must obtain approval from IXIRPRO before listing, advertising, or selling products through that channel.

4. Pricing and Brand Representation

Authorized resellers are expected to represent IXIRPRO products accurately, professionally, and in a manner consistent with the IXIRPRO brand.

Resellers must:

  • Use accurate product descriptions and specifications.

  • Not make false, misleading, or unsupported claims about IXIRPRO products.

  • Use approved product images, trademarks, and brand materials where required.

  • Maintain professional customer service standards.

  • Follow any applicable pricing, promotional, or brand guidelines provided by IXIRPRO.

IXIRPRO may establish additional pricing or promotional requirements for specific authorized sales channels.

5. Unauthorized Marketplace Listings

IXIRPRO reserves the right to take appropriate action against unauthorized listings or sales of IXIRPRO products on restricted marketplaces.

Actions may include:

  • Requesting removal of unauthorized listings.

  • Restricting or terminating reseller access.

  • Refusing future wholesale orders.

  • Cancelling pending orders where appropriate.

  • Reporting unauthorized use of IXIRPRO trademarks or intellectual property.

  • Taking other actions available under applicable law or marketplace policies.

6. No Transfer of Authorization

Reseller authorization is granted only to the approved business entity and may not be transferred, assigned, or extended to another company, individual, account, or related entity without prior written approval from IXIRPRO.

Authorization to sell through one channel does not automatically authorize sales through another channel.

For example, authorization to sell through a physical retail location does not constitute authorization to sell through Amazon or another online marketplace.

7. Brand Registry and Marketplace Authorization

IXIRPRO does not currently provide third-party resellers with Amazon Brand Registry access or authorization to sell through restricted online marketplaces.

Any future marketplace authorization will require separate written approval from IXIRPRO.

No reseller may represent itself as an authorized IXIRPRO marketplace seller unless it has received written confirmation from IXIRPRO.

8. Wholesale Purchases Do Not Guarantee Reseller Authorization

A wholesale purchase, bulk purchase, pallet purchase, or other purchase directly from IXIRPRO does not by itself create reseller authorization.

IXIRPRO reserves the right to determine:

  • Who may resell its products.

  • Which products may be resold.

  • Which sales channels may be used.

  • Which geographic markets may be served.

  • Any applicable minimum purchase or business requirements.

9. Policy Changes

IXIRPRO reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Reseller Policy at any time.

Any updated policy will be published on this page with the applicable effective date.

Businesses interested in becoming an authorized IXIRPRO reseller may contact our team to discuss available opportunities and approved sales channels.

Reseller authorization is not guaranteed and is subject to review and approval by IXIRPRO.
